WHAT IS SOFT PLAY RENTAL?
Soft play rental is a safe, soft, and interactive play space. This play area can involve ball pits, soft foam climbers, and blocks. These areas are sanitized before each rental to ensure the safest play area for your children to explore and enjoy.
HOW DO I RESERVE A DATE?
The best way to request a play set is to complete our booking request form
From there I will contact you and let you know if we are available on that date. I advise reaching out as soon as you have a date in mind. 6-8 weeks is a good rule of thumb, however please feel free to reach out even if it's less time until your event.
To secure your date we require a 50% deposit which will be applied to your total.
DO YOU SET UP OUTDOORS?
Yes! I love that soft play spaces are versatile and can be set up indoors or outdoors. We do ask that the equipment be set up in a shaded, dry, level area free of debris. If there is rain in the forecast we do not set up outdoors and encourage you to have an indoor backup plan just in case.
WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVE?
Bunny Hop NWA primarily serves Northwest Arkansas. However we have a great team in place that is ready to deliver to you in Central Arkansas, River Valley, and Southwest Missouri.
Each location is independently owned and operated.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL?
If you need to reschedule I will be happy to work with you to find an opening that fits both of our schedules! I understand life happens and some things are out of our control. If you are planning an outdoor event, I highly suggest a back up plan that can accommodate the set you requested.
DO YOU OFFER A PICK-UP OPTION?
We do on some of our smaller sets!

IS THERE A FEE FOR DELIVERY, SET UP AND PICK UP?
Yes, delivery is based on the set requested, distance, and travel time.
This includes delivery, set up, and pick up.
IS BUNNY HOP MOBILE PLAY INC LICENSED AND INSURED?
Yes! As a small business owner, I wanted to make sure that all safety, legal, state, and local guidelines have been met and are followed. We take pride in our business being transparent and honest in all areas to ensure that our clients are getting the best experience possible.
